Double Trouble remember Sammy String

This show celebrates the memory of our friend and fellow DJ Sammy String on what would have been his 50th birthday.

Immersed in the UK free festival and party scenes of the 1980s and 90s, Sam had an innate understanding of what made a great tune, and the best time to drop it.

Both Den and I had close friendships with Sam long before we started playing together -he had a way of connecting people, which persists even in his absence.
Much love to all his family and friends who, like us, still miss him.
