It can really get a person stuck in a rut. If you're struggling, overwhelmed, having a hard time loving yourself, and experiencing these types of growing pains- I FEEL you. Consider with me if you will, the definition of INSTAR.

....Literally the growth catalyst that leads to a molt, the cyclic process of out-growing the shell, splitting the skin, and moving into the next phase of life. It is an uncomfortable, exhausting, even painful or complicated phase of life which yields beautiful results. It is this scientific term, conceptualized and applied to us like philosophy, that my artist name comes from.

i see you, fellow human. i know how you feel. We are all experiencing the same paradox, this impossible mixture of beautiful and ugly, pleasure and pain, sickness and health- everything in the spectrum of human experience all at once. But we are changing. Growing. Evolving. And that is quite possibly the most auspicious and sacred thing in the universe. (imo)
