The mind is nothing but noise. The ego is noise as well. It isn't until we are able to case away our ego and mind that we are able to find true silence. Those who have the least to say often have the most insight because to listen and learn we must first be silent. Spend time in the calming state of meditation that is silence. Doing this will cultivate a cool calm presence.
