Guilt

When you go to church to confess your sins all day long how can you feel joy in life? We all strive to be better people in life, but when we continue to punish ourselves unduly for minor transgressions we suffer. We all go astray from time to time. Learn from your mistakes and determination to not make the same mistake again. Don't let others use guilt against you to get what they want. You are the judge, not god or any other man. You are the judge.
