Bruges, the famous “Venice of the North” in Belgium, can surely be as proud of its rock scene as well of its picturesque sites. And for sure, Transcoder is on the way to become its best rock ambassador. Existing for about six years and after several line-up changes, Transcoder has finally got a solid framework with its actual five members and is now turning all over Belgium to enflame a more and more important audience. The band has been discovered, playing live supporting ARID, by the Belgian producer Luc Van Acker at the “Ancienne Belgique” in Brussels and is about to issue its second album. As soon you’ll listen to their new tracks, you’ll directly recognize their own sound so typical!
Transcoder are : Jan Van Acker (vocals), Jonathan Veriez (guitar), Steve Lehnen (guitar), Miguel Wensch (bass) and Minco De Bruin (drums).
Project Daybreak invited "Transcoder" to The Plaza Hotel Brussels, this interview is available in French.
