You look at the city, skyscrapers towering towards the cloudy and stormy skies far beyond and above your head, colossi made from steel, concrete and glass lit up in brilliant colorful patterns of reds and greens that made it hard for your tired, dazed eyes to see properly. This place... It's huge and alive, corrupted and yet at the same time serene like an ocean of wriggling lights in the night sky.

A story about Richter, a mercenary on his quest to catch his predator, the Overseer, an AI entity inside an android body - humanity's total controlling mechanism whose main purpose is to oversee the city physically and digitally, looking for any activity that defies law or goes against current autocratic regime.
