There are quite a few songs about not being phoned, not (or fear of) picking up or simply about the joy of a telephone call. Two years ago I did a telephone mix for Dazlingsoul.com, called ‘Tunes for your telephone’. For 'Hello it's me' I replaced most of the songs from the first part and changed the sequence. One of the new songs is a track from Mayer Hawthorne. It is from his very nice new album ‘How do you do’. Inderdaad Eddy , Cliff was best te doen met deze sidekicks, Finis Henderson is een absolute favoriet en ik vond de combinatie Kraftwerk-Midnight Star erg sterk en een stukje David Banner op het eind was verassend (ik hoor niet zo veel hip hop bij je)! Zo als ik al eerder zei, een ijzersterke mix.
P.s. op dat Dazzeling soul.com staan ook erg goede mixen (ik kom luistertijd te kort!)
Wauw wat een selectie Eddy!, te gek thema verassende nummers (veel favorieten1) alleen Cliff is niet helemaal mijn ding (gelukkig maakt Dennis Edwards het goed)!
