Gabriel Mustaqim 1972 - 2021
Gabs as many of us knew him was my friend.
I first met Gabs in his Singles Shop in Kuala Lumpur. He welcomed me into his world and we became inseparable. The experiences we shared will live with me forever.
Gabs was sincere, honest, passionately creative and knew how to smash any dancefloor. He was the backbone of the underground scene, not just in Malaysia but in the world. It's because of him the music has flourished there. He's been an inspiration to many and will continue to be for decades to come.
I'm completely heartbroken to be writing this but I trust the scene will play its part in keeping his memories alive.
We're reposting the set he did for us a little while. Please, repost it, share it, like and love it but most importantly keep him in your thoughts and prayers so he can live forever within us all.
Rest in peace king. We love you. We miss you.
