He occasionally performs under a project name, and this is one of them. The EP is fantastic because both tracks are on the same record. And yes, "Martin Sands" is exactly the kind of track I love so much. A brilliant bass line, superb tones, simply groovy, a breathtaking track. @Phil_Moreno Hi Phil, very interesting on Bluetrain / Steve O. I looked up the release and it's Kontakt Records. I will keep this label on the radar. I don't believe I have this release. To be honest, I do not have a good system for record management, so I sometimes forget what I have and don't have😂. I need to do a big sort, at some point, when time allows for it. @Pure_Analog Dear Dan, I also struggled to keep track of my record collection for a long time until I started using www.discogs.com. Firstly, I order a lot of things through this platform, and secondly, it has the advantage that you can organize your records and thus have an overview of which ones you own. If I'm unsure, I quickly check my Discogs profile and immediately see if I already have the record. That has helped me a lot 😀 I hope you have a great rest of your Sunday 🌞

It's exciting that you like this remix. I thought about including this White Label remix for a long time. Back in the day, this track used to confuse the crowd on the dance floor 😎 I really like this production. The original from the '80s is great, but I especially like the way it's done with the Dune soundtrack in this remix. I think people back then weren't ready for this track in my live sets 😅 I haven't played it in 20 years. Glad you like this track; I like it a lot too 🫶

@Phil_Moreno That's exactly what makes it so great, that unexpected, rule-breaking aspect. The Dune crossover is incredibly immersive, almost cinematic.
I definitely think the audience just wasn't ready for it back then 😄. Today, it would have a massive impact on a dance floor!😉

Lieber Tony, herzlichen Dank für dein tolles Feedback das mich sehr freut 😍 Pumpin Da Phunk gefällt mir auch sehr gut. Ich finde der zieht richtig durch, dark und düster, eigentlich ganz simpel produziert und doch so genial. Bei den Übergängen hatte ich auch schon bessere Momente. Der Übergang von Martian Sands war plötzlich so laut obwohl ich eigentlich von der Lautstärke her richtig war aber der Bass war umso viel lauter als der laufende Track. Die Steve O Sullivan Tracks (übrigens auch Rolling Dub ist von ihm) sind genial aber auch mit wenigen Fixpunkten bzw. vielen leisen Passagen, da hört man jede noch so kleine Verschiebung. Das ist der grosse Vorteil wenn du Live spielst, das fällt dir nicht auf, auf einer Session, egal welches Medium, hört man dies 😎 Ich danke dir, dass du meine Session so aufmerksam gehört hast, dass ist wirklich eine grosse Wertschätzung sowie dein tolles Feedback 😍 Ich wünsche dir ein schönes Wochenende (ich muss leider morgen arbeiten, da ich offiziell in der Zentralschweiz angestellt bin und nicht in Zürich) 😀

As an artist, there's no greater appreciation and respect than when someone gives their precious time for my session. Your wonderful feedback touches me deeply because it perfectly reflects the essence of my work. I always try to create a complete work of art, starting with an image that hopefully fits the session, the title, and the appropriate story. Then I try to immerse myself in the music and feel it. Sometimes it's stories from my life, sometimes an inner feeling, or simply the music speaking. This kind of feedback is what I used to experience at my live performances many years ago, in the form of direct feedback from the audience when everyone danced to my music and surrendered to the feeling.
