Self Love (2021 Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance Set)

12/11/21- A special live set I was able to record thanks to the thoughtfulness of others. Self Love was the intention of the ecstatic dance. Self love is not always the easiest thing to do for oneself. I had a major technical problem when it was time to start the show. I was powerless. Thanks to the gentle dancers with the original intention in mind and some quick witted heroes the crisis was averted. What happened next was simply beauty in motion. Dancers with full intention on theirselves and the music. I'm so thankful for all the support that made this recording possible. Sometimes self love requires the assistance of your community, friends and family. Let them help. Help yourself. Let the love in.
