COMMON GROUND 9 / ACCESSIBILITY
Lily McGuire joined the Royal Academy of Arts (London) on the day of lockdown, faced by the challenge of establishing an entirely digital programme for children with special educational needs or disabilities and their families. Lily uses ideas of accessibility to reflect upon the possibilities of digital working through heart-warming and creative stories from the last year. Above all, she suggests the key tools for developing the programme have been collaboration and listening.
