I wanted to create the feeling of those closing morning sets I so love and miss, and it just so happened I had pulled an all nighter just before this, so I hadn't gone to bed yet and I watched the sunrise as I mixed.
Lots of trancey bits, 90s techno, big melody, and wiggly breaks. I wanted to give the mix a constant driving feel so that the energy is strong, because all my fav sunrise-sets are dreamy while still being slamming.”
