And what a fitting epitaph to the weird little corner of history that we are leaving, Nick Strang of Plates Records forges a mid paced mix of irreverent, often foreboding wonky house beats as unpredictable as the times themselves, and bids farewell to the inter lockdown months when it became increasingly clear that the 'new normal' we were all getting used to was in fact nothing of the sort.
