As a raver through pretty much the whole of the 90's, I went to a lot of Dreamscapes & Helter Skelters (plus various other nights) and was really into the 'happy hardcore' sound of the mid-90's. My taste was definitely influenced by the likes of DJ Brisk, Sharkey, Billy Bunter etc.
In this mix I've decided to use tunes that I remember fondly from 94-96, basically a mixture of happy hardcore and techno with every tune having some serious kickdrums or riffs that I used to love back in the day. As you can see, I loved any tune that Trixxy had a hand in....!
