RECORDS

This is the last mix I recorded before I unplugged my turntables and packed them away. I grabbed whatever records were available and did my best to establish a groove. This mix is based on the parties we had in our basement in West Philly as kids. We hung Christmas lights, played slow drags and found dark corners to "dance" in. When we finally learned how to blend tracks it was on a mixer that came from Radio Shack. What the heck was cueing?? I hope you enjoy this flashback, Funk from the Trunk West Philly style...
