movement class w/ inklingroom, Adam Moore, Emillski & Diessa- 5th May 2021

This month's movement class w/ @_inklingroom_ invites Adam Moore to curate the first hour of the show. Adam is a transdisciplinary artist negotiating variant/alternative ephemeral (and durational) activity, leading with reflective embodied practice.
The class will guide dancers through a durational improvisation using a series of prompts, beginning with a simple intention: for one hour, we are always moving, never stopping. Prompts/suggestions will accumulate, to facilitate moving from an open and imaginative state that powerfully expresses through the entire body. From these prompts, dancers are welcome to curate their own experience, following their intuition and imagination, and allowing appetites to develop that satisfy their needs for all kinds of moving.
