Last week's mix received great feedback !
Maybe foolishly, I wanted to ride further on that wave! So, again more uptempo from the start.
More importantly though, I wanted to remind myself of optimism, hope and that in essence I am (& we all are) perfect despite what our minds and the outside world tells us. My recent practice has been that when the negative arises within to remember that is not who I am.
There is a dance tunes or three included in this mix that you might remember from decades back. And some new discoveries that I've made in the last few months.
This is my 61st upload since I joined Mixcloud in mid-March 2020!
