A Sunday morning dance held inside.
My desire was to create some way of bringing a sense of the outside to our indoor dance.
Fifteen minutes in, I read a poem call 'Grace' by Linda Hogan — a reading of it is included in this upload — as a reminder that where we put our attention affects our grasp of the world. (My thanks to 'Jobomo' for introducing me to and gifting me with 'A History of Kindness' by Linda Hogan.)
Being together with others in a non-verbal way, allowing one's body to move as IT wants to, can lead to an unwinding and being touch by something other than our thinking mind. That people feel touched at the end of the session is always a desired outcome: sometimes it happens!
Session held on 20th Feb '22.
