Dance+ No 6

"Dance+" [spoken as "Dance plus"] has grown from within people who regularly dance on Monday evenings at the Totnes Dance Collective [TDC] events; following a desire for more time for sharing and building community beyond our dancing together.

The evening's format has been a brief check-in circle, then dance for about 65 minutes and, after the music ends, gather in a smaller group of three or four, for more intimate sharing time, before all joining together in an ending circle.

This recording is the music from the sixth evening's gathering on Wednesday April 12th 2023.
The suggested theme for this evening was "What needs to move through me, to release and open, so that my heart's desire can be revealed?".

'Dance+' happens every fortnight on a Wednesday evening.
The next 'Dance+' evening is on 26th March at the Civic Hall, Totnes.
Start is at 7pm prompt. Ending is about 9.30pm
There is a donation bowl at the end of the evening.
