After months of running around, playing back-to-back shows, recording, producing, working with some amazing people through Soundcloud, getting CDs printed as well as all the usual duties that life asks of oneself it is time to hit pause.
As I write this, uploading the mixtape, I am sitting on the beach ready for 10 days of total relaxation and recharging. The run to summer and move to Singapore is finally changing gears.
I've been really lucky in the last 2 months since the last mixtape to have discovered some really interesting artists, producers and DJs. Belgium (I seem to always say that) continues to throw up amazing neo R&B and then from Montreal I've found Valentin Stip who go one step beyond the ramblings of the Cinematic Orchestra to create something truly beautiful. There are also tracks by two greats that have also done remixes for Pakipsee Dusk. My musical adventure with David Muldoon.
