Tis but 48 hours from Christmas morn. Y'all hath encountered the barrage of seasonal and holiday appropriate mixtapes. I even fell from the womb on the 25th of December and have extra close ties to this holiday, but could not bring myself to stitch together audio related to Yule.
There be nuttin' wrong with music to help steep ourselves in the tradition, to fully absorb the cheer, but you might very well want to listen to Lee Fields or a little slow grinding hip hop while you open your prezzies. You might not give a Fudgsicle about Christmas and wish for a mix bereft of people shaking bells.
Consider this mix like the 300 boxes of assorted of chocolates that gets thrust upon your place of employment this time of year. Delicious, no overt packaging that states "CHRISTMAS MOTHAFU#*$AS" and will help your belly work towards a Santa approved state.
