02/20 - "The Greatest Decade In The History Of Mankind"

February brought the end of my 20s, much as I'd expected, and that fourth-dimensional fish occasionally rises to the surface as it glides down the musical currents that flow through this mix. That may sound far-fetched but I'm sure you'll see what I mean. As my 30s began I was really optimistic about the chances of Bernie Sanders becoming the Democratic nominee for US president, which in retrospect may have taken away some of the elusive 'timeless in its time' quality that I strive for in my mixes. I was looking backwards AND forwards, sometimes simultaneously, and sometimes not knowing which was which.
