Program 9.11.2017

Pre-Drepression-era recordings of music from the Equatorial Atlantic Seaboard 1926-1929 (except for Three from 'Thirty Three at Three Thirty Three)

Specifically, this show is selected from countries around the Atlantic Ocean, but south of Cancer, north of Capricorn, very tropical! The recordings date from a my very own made-up historical period, "From The Heebie Jeebies to The Great Depression", that is after Louis Armstrong's Hot Five recorded The Heebie Jeebies (Febreuary 26th 1926) and before "Black Thursday" The Wall Street Crash and the beginning of The Great Depression, October 24th 1929.
