Matei Nazarcu is a young DJ from Bucharest, Romania. His love for music began early but strong and he draws his inspiration from a variety of musical influences such as Nic Fanciulli, Carl Cox, Lee Burridge, Reboot, Zip.

Having not much of a reference point for rhythmic and vibrant music in his DJ booth, it took moving to London for him to dive in the electronic music scene.

Matei has increasingly evolved as an artist without ever losing his initial rush of passion and he loves playing groovy and ethereal journey sets, being able to blend in any line-up at any time.

Every artist, regardless of their discipline, needs to evolve. In fact, it is something inherent within creatives and with Matei putting the finishing touches on his debut style, it appears as the artist with the ferocious sound is set to go from strength to strength in 2016.
