As a self confessed hopeless romantic, I enjoyed putting together this mix of slow grooves, sexy tunes and tender love songs that are hopefully more cheeky than cheesy.
The majority of this mix is from the 00's on, and includes current favourites from Khruangbin & Leon Bridges, Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey and Michael Kiwanuka. There are special songs by Florence + The Machine, David Gray and Yeah Yeah Yeahs and personal favourites like Chet Faker, Joss Stone, Angus & Julia Stone, Raf Rundell and Caribou.
And of course there is a bit of Barry White, Marvin Gaye and Al Green, plus a few retro-classics from Donna Summer, Mtume and The Mary Jane Girls.
