An irregular update of new additions to my playlist.
Mostly Indie / Alt Rock this month, due to the exciting returns of some of my favourite bands:
The Black Keys, Foals, Cold War Kids and Two Door Cinema Club
A brief Hip Hop interlude featuring a Single of the Year contender from Sampa The Great, and new releases from favourite rappers Andy Cooper (with The Allergies) and Chali 2na (with Krafty Kutz)
New Releases by: Metronomy, !!!, Tame Impala, Miles Kane, Mini Mansions, IDLES and Of Monsters & Men
New Discoveries from: Inhaler (reminded me of early U2... discovered singer Elijah Hewson is the son of Bono), Otherkin, TheLaFontaines, Bleached, Keir and Plastic Mermaids (the last two gave memorable performances at The Great Estate Festival we attended).
Michael Kiwanuka & Tom Misch bring the summer pop vibe and a there's a bit of Lizzo (from her fantastic Glastonbury set).

Really well done. A way cool set of new sounds that are beyond the mainstream sounds ( in my mind that equates that it means its actually decent music) A great variety of music all driven by its high quality.
