This mixtape celebrates the art of the 12" remix, so it obviously kicks off with THE greatest 12" single of all time.
It includes classic remixes from ABC, Duran Duran, The B-52's, Haircut 100, Altered Images, The Human League and The Stranglers. There are some mixes that don't vary greatly from the original... just streeetch it out a bit. Like Talk Talk, Simple Minds or Echo & The Bunnymen (I love the intro on this version). And there are a couple including Wham! and INXS that I hadn't heard before.
I was inspired by a playlist sent to me by an old school friend. It brought back a lot a fond music memories, and I hope there's something here you like. Thanks as always for your support 🤖
