Welcome to Decembers Special Edition of Vinyl..
This months selections are mainly from the collections of Jesse James & Miles Robert Dixon, AKA (Bobby Casino)..
After a few good alcohol induced soul sessions I've managed to borrow a handful of tunes off each of them to put this mixcloud together..
These two are the corner stones of Whitby Soul Club, Both life long collectors of Vinyl, and I hold them both fully responsible for my Vinyl Addiction..
It doesn't matter how long I spend listening to records with them, they still regularly pull something out of the box to surprise me..

- TAMLA LEWIS – New to me. Very nice
- THE MASTERS – Top northern beat & harmonies. Feel-good!
- AL GREEN – New one. Like it!
- MARGE DODSON – New one. Enjoyed this one.
- THE RINGLEADERS – Cool dancer/harmonies (STAND OUT)
- THE TEMPOS – Classic! Driving harmonies and beat (STAND OUT)
- THE SALVADORS – Cool cut. (ANOTHER FAVE)
- MR FLOOD PARTY – Cool tune
- THE MILLIONAIRES – Brilliant ** (FAVE – STAND OUT)**
- ROBIN WILSON – Top version. Only knew the track by Little Anthony and the Imperials.
- MAJOR LANCE – A big fave of me. Top notch! **(FAVE – STAND OUT)**
- JOAN MOODY – Reminds me of the Supremes ‘Back in my arms again.’ Excellent.
- CINDY SCOTT – Top northern dancer for sure.
- CHARLES DIAMOND & THE INSPIRATIONS – Inspired tune (STAND OUT)
-TAMMI TERRELL – Great vocal from Tammi
- THE SPINNERS - New one. Enjoyed this one.
- MIGHTY LOVERS – Classic (STAND OUT)
- ERNETT GARNET JNR – Cool cut! Like the gospel type harmonies.
- Bobby Taylor – Superb (STAND OUT)
- BOB GREEN – Wicked **(FAVE – STAND OUT)**
- CONSTELLATIONS – Pure class. Great finisher. **(FAVE – STAND OUT)**
Not your usual mix of Northern tunes. Some rare and diverse cuts here. Jesse James & Miles Robert Dixon have pulled together a very cool mix of tunes. You have some great mentors there MJSoulBoy.
