So a friend of ours, who shall remain nameless, was updating us about his recent "new city” regimen and somewhere in the telling, he lamented about the lack of variety in the music programming at his exercise classes. For instance, what about mix of gothic music for the approaching season. Well, the instructor invited him to provide it. Alas, he had trouble finding appropriate paganist exercise mixes, to which I replied, “well, let me take a look around, Ben Goldberg, and I’ll get back to you.”
Now, much like Michael Jordan, I took that personally… like a challenge issued forth. Sure, I’ve taken a few liberties in expanding the palette ever so slightly, but the spirit (of Razormaid) remains.
Now for you #sweathogs, we start our journey at 114 BPMs, build over the next 45 minutes into an exhilarating 147 BPMs before throwing on the afterburners for a brisk 174 BPM finish because you know you want to feel the burn… of eternal damnation.

Ahh...songs from my youth ... Always love the song, Go! Heard it at a club before I knew about Tones on Tail... Went to Tower Records to locate it. "Hey, do know the Ya-ya-ya-ya / -ya-ya /. -ya-ya-yah / Ya-ya-ya-yah / -ya-ya-/ ya-ya-yah? - song?" .... Thanks to a helpful music store employee, I was further down the downward spiral. -- Great set. Goth drill instructor: Now drop and give me 20.
