Your comments resonated with me about getting out of our box. Six years ago I moved to China to a small city in Fujian province located exactly halfway between Shanghai and Hong Kong. I work here. I'm so close in proximity to so many wonderful places. Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Taiwan. All these countries I mentioned along with amazing cities such as Shanghai and Hong Kong are all between a one to four hour flight from where I live. I've already been to half of the countries I've mentioned and have had the most wonderful experiences exactly as you mentioned about San Cristobal de la Casa. Vietnam and Thailand are two of the sexiest, exotic and amazing places I have ever been to. Getting out of my box is the best decision I've ever made.
