Little Boots returns with a new mix ahead of her EP, 'Burn' set for release next month. A collaborative project of entirely female talent, the record sees her sound shift even closer to the dance floor, claiming a darker, more atmospheric territory inspired by her recent DJ sets, whilst retaining Victoria’s signature pop sensibilities. This mix features some of her favourite female DJs and producers, including The Black Madonna, Yaeji, Maya Jane Coles, Peggy Gou and many more. It also includes a sneak preview of two brand new tracks 'Shadows' was produced by Joyce Muniz , 'Picture' by Lauren Flax, and both were mixed by Marta Salogni fresh from her work on the latest Bjork album.

Great mix that Little Boots, you've got skills but, only ONE mix??? Come on, where are the rest of the in-the-loft classics? These are made with records that you've picked up when travelling worldwide, that's not fair! These are quality tracks though and your mix are second to none, thanks for sharing ;) I look forward to hearing some more :P and obviously checking your new album, I haven't listened to your music since your first album, unusually enough, which pointed me in your direction, but as soon as you went charty I switched off...not really one for listening to charts you know, I'm more of a radiohead, word of mouth or spontaneous finds kind of person, which you were one by the way. I must admit though, I did have to look more than once when I saw your name on this mix, I haven't seen that name in years, so it seems, it all makes perfect sense now ;)
