Josh and Paula my girl, it was lovely listening to your story this morning. I think it is inspiring that you have chosen to work with men although I missed the ages, hope you focus on younger man as they are going off the rails at the moment. Yes I agree with you that society and stereo typing are major problems whatever group but more on man as they are seen to behave a certain way, for example that " man don't show emotions" . I also think that society is mostly to blame because people are expected to behave to the norm, whatever the norm is; I continue to bang on society because people are not allowed to change.
Josh, I love the fact that you talking about Yoga on radio that is fresh air itself; because people look at yoga with different lenses, especially Christians .
To me it's lack of understanding and limiting mind to your knowledge , again society has always looked at yoga as different practice not norm. I think being on air is very educational.
Love all your tracks you played they all my favourites - I look forward to listen to your next interviewee - keep it up
I think I'm going to follow you🙋👏🏿✋👍
