Hello, my name is Alex (aka Lexafi), I´m French-Morrocan, and I currently work as an orthopaedic surgeon in Berlin. I've been DJing for over 10 years and music has always been a passion alongside my work.

I discovered the world of electronic music during my studies in Romania, in the land of Rominimal, with artists such as Raresh, Praslea and Priku. Over time, I ended up moving towards a more housy, groovy style. I like tracks that make you want to dance, that give off positive energy, with a good bass line, but always with a minimalist style.

Imminent comeback

Dear community, dear friends,

It has now been almost a year since I had to take a break from music and mixing for professional reasons. This period is now coming to an end, and I am very happy to announce my imminent return on Mixcloud, with regular mixes as well as upcoming live sessions. Regarding the set-up, a brand new Xone 92 MK2 has replaced the DJM 250 MK2 of the time (which I thank for all those unforgettable moments), and the sound delivered on the Yamaha HS8 pair is pure magic.

For the past few months, I have been intensely diving back into the search for new tracks, collecting both new 2024 releases and little gems from forgotten eras. I can’t wait to share all these marvels with you, in sets that are as sharp and groovy as can be.
