Emma's Scottish indie comp.
Emma left us :(
She loves Scottish indie music so much that she decided to move to Scotland. We still miss her, and we always think of her when we hear Belle and Sebastian. She made us this comp as a farewell gift. Thanks Emma!
Here is her message: Here's my C25 Scotland. I hold my hands up, there are lots of great Scottish bands missing from the playlist, there are way too many to pick from the last 25 years, let alone before that!
So I tried to pick tracks that represent all the things I love about Scottish music; funny, poetic story-telling with more than a hint of misery but always unique and interesting.
I've picked tracks that I genuinely enjoy listening to, some will be familiar and hopefully some less familiar.
