Skin is the sensitive interface between our inside and outside worlds. Paying attention to the sensations on our skin as we move becomes a portal into deeper awareness. This theme came to me as I was thinking into boundaries and protection, and how skin does for our bodies without losing connection to the outside world. Remaining an alive and sensitive source of sensual and textual information. It tells us when to move away and when to lean in. The invitation is to dance filling your skin. Your awareness on what touches your skin, outside and in, leaning in to what you feel with this relation connector.
