Suggestion: Begin by welcoming your whole body into movement, invite the heart into play with the second track, then see what happens. Be willing to hang in there even if nothing much seems to be happening, simply letting the body move is plenty. No need to make anything happen. If you "do" anything, let that be getting more and more interested in how the body is moving. Your attention can build your personal magnetism as you become fascinated with your dancing body. And doing this alone at home, you can of course stay with it as long or as short as you like. Let me know how you get on!
