Let your eyes take I every detail as if this moment is made just for you.
Each shadow, each petal, each leaf, each stone ......... just for you.

Imagine that your ears are softening and opening.
Notice all the sounds around you. What is the quietest sound you can make out. Listen to the quiet sound.

Pause, notice your breathing, your seeing and your listening.
Take it all into you.
