It is the 3rd month of the year and all the promises and wishful thinking that we told ourselves are unraveling. We are starting to skip on those important milestones that we set for ourselves.
Don't panic or feel disillusioned, it is human behaviour, we aim for our best self and we try hard despite our realities to achieve it; but like a gust of wind, reality has to set in and remind us that we are on earth and not in some universe in our minds.
When reality hits, it might seem hard to accept but please I urge you; March Forth!
Walk your path the best you can, and if you want to feel even better later on, document your journey so that you can reflect on it in the new year.
Everybody makes progress.
