Following from my last post...
One of the things I loved about Bar Vasa, was the freedom to play pretty much whatever I liked. This would often result in eclectic mixes encompassing a range of genres but always with a healthy dose of 80s soul, funk, and of course, disco. Quite often I remember starting my sets with 'Natural Mystic', as I do on this mix from 2005 - I love the way it fades in but builds at the same time; a perfect way to start an evening! No idea if this was a live recording or not but but it is a snippet of some of the wonderful music I had the pleasure of playing down at the beach-side.
