Catharsis Mix 1

Catharsis: the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions; purgation

I named this mix Catharsis because I'm learning every day to let go. Letting go of old habits, letting go of the past, letting go of people I love. I'm not perfect and the process hasn't and won't continue to be easy, but at the end of all of this will be an amazing result, and this Cathartic process I'm in, this painful letting go of things past and present, will lead to a better future. The songs I chose, the way I mixed them and the order I put them in are all part of me expressing this Catharsis. I hope this mix helps you along your journey too.
