Its the 1st show of the month! First hour is #GirlsThatRock That's the way to start the month! Then I have some new releases, some new bands that fit the vibe & of course; some info on who's out there playing live, right now & in the weeks ahead.

It's 2 hours of music interspersed with some sound effects & a bit of chat with a very experienced producer!
