So this mix started life back in August 2016, in Berlin.
My first time to Germany outside of work and the weekend after my Birthday weekend.?!
Needless to say on the solo journey to Liverpool airport and on from Schoenefeld airport, to the apartment in the city to meet the gang; I was listening to and collating a special ‘Berlin Weekender’ playlist!
And this is it! Well most of it anyway: 75% of these tracks were gathered over those four days in Berlin, with the rest being added just the end of last year to finish it off; when I knew this would be a great musical gift for my friend on his special birthday. After all; it was he that bought me that which has helped shape the last seven years of my musical life! WOW!! (What a gift!)
This mix, seven years in the making, finally here to share.
