Uno de los lugares de la historia de la música afro-caribeña es New York de los años 50’s, 60´s y 70’s; el encuentro de la cultura caribeña con esta ciudad influenció notablemente en la música que hoy conocemos como Salsa. Esta sesión: New York Bongo, recoge parte de ese encuentro irrepetible y de los ritmos de las costas caribeñas.

One of the places in the history of Afro-Caribbean music is New York in the 50's, 60's and 70's; the meeting of Caribbean culture with this city significantly influenced the music we know today as Salsa. This session: New York Bongo, collects part of this one in a lifetime encounter and the rhythms of the Caribbean coasts.
