Hey. Was at meadowlands Saturday night. Here comes the hot stepper. Nu yorikan soul. I really thought it was going to go off. Then they just put the lights on and called it a night! Bugger.
Hey David. Yep - it was going to go off indeed, but the organisers decided to close that tent half an hour early because they were a bit concerned about there being too many rowdy teenagers in one place. Rodney P didn't show, so I played from 12-1 as well, and there was a really good atmosphere then. Was a shame that it was a bit of an anti-climax in the final hour.
