You have stumbled upon a recording of grave significance for the Heavy & Unhealthy radio show. Apart from the fact that we had the honor of offering our humble hospitality to Omega Monolith (a titan of a two-man-band) & that we were so fucking lucky to host an interview just before the release of their third album 'Fungus', we actually managed to pull off a live session featuring the aforementioned titan. Alex & Takis (drums and guitar respectively) were kind enough to talk us through their latest piece of soundscaping art and went the extra mile to grace us with 26 minutes of steaming live performance.
