Katy Evans from Hockey Wales joined me in the studio to tell us about Rush Hockey, which comes to Cardiff on Sunday 18th January. It's kind of like 5-a-side football but for hockey and sounds ace! All community sports announcements were made and local scores given. And every song was about the colour blue to honour Cardiff City's return to their traditional colours.
