I decided to dig into my Techno library for this mix. The title of this mix comes from one of the tracks in the mix itself but is also inspired by the movie "Metropolis." This silent film was one of the very first sci-fi movies ever made (1927) and was based on a urban techno dystopia. Dystopia being the key word, I think that same concept can be applied to each and everyone of us that are in the electronic music community - lets face it, we all know someone or a group of people who look at us differently for loving this music because they might not understand it. The tone of the mix is mostly dark, but bends a little here and there.
The mix artwork (Google search) is from the movie. If you haven't seen it before, then check it out for a very weird but enjoyable experience.
*edit* TJX pointed out there is a Norwegian band called "Seigmen" that had an album title with the same name and cover. No link to that, just a coincidence.

Sorry for the repetition (Tibor Szasz) below, but I totally agree with you: GREAT FLOW HERE!!!
Great flow :) End track is a flawless find.

enjoying this set again --great .. dark ´n bangin stuff ;D
I love the film and this mix too. Well done dude :p
Thank you for listening, bro. The film is definitely unique and holds it's place. Decent watch for Halloween season actually.
Tuned into this set at 6:30 am. So beautifully dark!
lol 6:30 and going hard into it! Thanks again for the support my friend. I tend to stay on the dark side of things; just love that low end driving sound and atmosphere. I appreciate it, P!
Thakns Goingrey! I'll go for the wetransfer. Let me know what to do, thanks.
Jase, shoot me a message on my profile with your email address. I'll write it down and delete the message right away. Do it in a couple hours though because I have some running around to do. You'll receive the wetransfer message in your email, follow the instructions and you'll be able to download. I've used them before, it's a great service, safe, and legit.
Yeah ...!!! This was a nice road you took..compare to the musical paths you normally traverse: LOVED the anticipation and restlessness of the environment
Thanks, buddy! It was nice to break up the monotony and step into something different. Expect that a lot more often. I have some funky sounds coming on the next set. I'm keeping an eye out for the next DJNG upload!!
