Just more from the Christmas Vault of my iTunes. The Big Mess Orchestra shows up again with the under-used carol, "Fum! Fum! Fum!", and our take on the Beatles' "Rain." Let's see... ah! a song bearing no direct link to Christmas, but it's sung by at least one pub in England, so it's on the collection of English Pub Christmas sing-alongs. "The Prodigal Son." When my son was about 5 or so, we were listening, and he says, "Hold it. You can't be dead and be alive again." I said, "Well, there's different schools of thought on that." That's this atheist's way of introducing the mysteries of this time of year.
