Rebellious

Rebellious, not really at all. Just the image was compelling this morning. I have been realizing that the way these mixes tend to go, I think they are self-sabotaging to an extent. Like this one: the very first thing is classical, in fact renaissance, and with a countertenor singing, at that. Certainly a dimly lit corner in the world of listener demographics. And of course, the rest of the 2-hour mix goes all over the place. Is that a test? A hair shirt of sorts, to see who makes it through to the "good stuff"? Not intentionally, no. But it may function that way all the same. In any event, enjoy the Dowland - he is under-appreciated and it is lovely.
