Oh, dear. The title was supposed to be in reference to the cow! But you can't change the title once it's there, so I guess it's up to the beholder to link the title with the neon cow in their minds. Thank you for the effort.

Yes! I heard it in the movie Irma Vep, which is a fun movie. And that song was so perfect, I had to go find the whole album. So heartening to hear, anytime.
